A delicious vegetarian menu to surprise your family for the holidays!
Chef Miguel De Haro teaches inspiring vegetarian holiday fare.
The dishes for this workshop are:
– Sweet Potato Chips
– Beet Hummus
– Eggplant “montaditos” with romescu sauce
– Almond Holiday Soup
– Mushrooms and tofu cannelloni with curry bechamel sauce
Desserts- Traditional Spanish Christmas delights
– Coconut “Nevaditos”
Workshop runs from 9am til 1pm and includes time to enjoy the feast you’ll prepare.
Bring take-out containers to take-home any leftovers, and your favorite chef’s knife if you’re attached to working with it. Recipes and tips will be given out in printed format to participants.
