One Day Online Retreat with José Ramírez JDPSN & Knud Rosenmayr JDPSN

Retreats are an opportunity to help us deepen our practice. We can draw inspiration and energy from everyone’s commitment
The schedule consists of: (chanting, sitting, and walking), with a 1-hour lunch period (12pm-1pm)
Participation is in-person and online (via Zoom)
Includes a circle talk at the end.

After payment and form are received you will be sent the Zoom link the Friday before the retreat.
