Yong Maeng Jin Jong means “To leap like a tiger while sitting”.
Retreats are an opportunity to help us deepen our practice. We can draw inspiration and energy from everyone’s commitment
The schedule consists of about 6 hours of zen practice (bowing, chanting, sitting, and walking), with a 1-hour lunch period (12pm-1pm)
Participation is IN PERSON ONLY
Includes talks and kong-an teaching interviews with a zen teacher.
