Morning Kido & an Afternoon of Sitting

special retreat begins at 9 am with Kido Chanting.
There will be an informal vegetarian lunch at noon.
The afternoon will be periods of sitting and walking meditation.
We’ll close at 3:50 with chanting, then a circle talk at 4:00.

Please arrive at 8:30 am to complete registration and payment.
