We highly encourage beginners to attend our Foundations of Zen workshop as it aims to cover the fundamental teaching and explore the different practice forms of buddhism.
Includes: Zen History, Meditation Instruction, Chanting, Sitting & Walking Meditation Practice, as well as a tour of the temple.
