Retreats are an opportunity to help us deepen our practice. We can draw inspiration and energy from everyone’s commitment
The schedule consists of about 8 hours of zen practice (bowing, chanting, sitting, and walking) each day, with a 1-hour lunch period (12pm-1pm)
Participation is IN PERSON and ONLINE Via ZOOM
Includes talks and kong-an teaching interviews with a zen teacher.
