Providence Zen Center hosts International Chef Miguel De Haro (www.larutaverde.es) in a unique gourmet experience.
Participants will learn to create confidence in their vegetarian cooking skills as Chef Miguel guides them through each aspect of seven recipes, from cutting and prep to finished meals. Small teams work together to prepare dishes for lunch and dinner from the same main ingredients. Chef Miguel will teach how to be a great gourmet by facilitating each group's discovery of vegetable, protein and spice combinations. Team's recipes will be tasted and rated in a friendly competition.
