March 2nd One Day retreat with Nancy Hedgpeth JDPSN

Led by Nancy Hedgpeth, JDPSN.
This silent day of retreat consists of sitting and walking meditation, with Kong-An Teaching Interviews. We’ll have an informal lunch at noon.
Prior meditation experience or attendance at a meditation instruction class is recommended, however, this retreat is suitable for beginners, as well as experienced students.
Registration is from 8:00 am – 8:30 am.
Beginners please arrive at 8:00 am and participate in orientation from 8:15 am – 8:45 am
