7-Day YMJJ Retreat via ZOOM

7 Day YMJJ with Zen Master Soeng Hyang via Zoom.

Yong Maeng Jin Jong means “To leap like a tiger while sitting”. Retreats are an opportunity to help us deepen our practice. We can draw inspiration and energy from everyones commitment

The schedule each day consists of eight hours of zen practice (bowing, chanting, sitting, and walking), with rest periods.

7:15pm Two 25-minute sittings
